This blog came out of from Meng-realty team's 20 plus years professional experiences. Fanyu Meng originally started his professional career in 1997 as a real estate strategic consultant for couples of leading Asian developers. During such a fast growing period of China's real estate industry, half of top 20 Chinese nationwide real estate developers were within Fanyu's client list. After 2011, Fanyu initiated some successful investment deals of commercial properties in middle west of the US, guiding overseas investor groups to invest locally in Missouri, Indiana and Texas.
With combination knowledge of strategic consultant and realtor, Meng-Realty team usually view clients potential investment around greater Houston starting from a quite differential position. Every deal is a unique and important driving vehicle to the future, either with personal life style or family wealth growth. Meng team support each client to better make their own decisions.
